The Assembly approved the Action Plan made for 2013, the annual accounts for the year 2012 and the progress report presented by the General Secretary of the Association.

Furthermore, the Assembly approved the appointment of a new partner: the Fabre Foundation, which is headquartered in Spain and is primarily active in Latin America and the Caribbean region.
The Spanish Foundation FABRE was approved in 2003 and has among its priority activities:

• Social awareness and volunteerism in Spain: Projects in Madrid, Galicia Navarre, Castile and León.
• Social assistance and family support: Projects in Latvia, Madrid (the International Center for Work and Family at IESE) in Navarra (Unav) in Zamora (support to Man project) and in Vigo.
• The international development cooperation projects in various countries and sectors: Mozambique, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Cuba, Haiti and Bolivia.
 
The organization aims to cooperate for the development of social, economic, health, education and culture sectors through international development cooperation, education development activities, awareness raising and the realization of humanitarian aid emergency and post emergency projects.
