Between 17th and 23rd of January, Alberto Martín (representative of FPSC in Cambodia), Mr Soriya (advisor of SNV), and Mr Sophea (coordinator of the Cambodian NGO CCBEN), presents to the local authorities of Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri the new project that FPSC is implementing in Cambodia.
The governors of both provinces express their support to this new initiative, which is working in the capacity building of Department of Tourism through different training courses. The main goal of this initiative is to strength and improves the knowledge of DoT about how manage the tourism in the area.
This initiative has been design following the model that FPSC started to implement in the provinces of Stung Treng and Kratie in 2007.
The minister of tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia ( Dr. Thong Khon), shows his support to the project. He signed a support letter to the project and thanked the work of FPSC in Cambodia.
