Head East
The goal of the FPSC’s “Head East” project is to implement studying, intercultural and free time initiatives with children and teenagers, as well as the development of volunteering activities in youth associations as promoted by their parents.
The aim is the complete training of each person in a non-formal learning environment. This goal is summarised as follows:
- Daily study project: A monitored study program fulfilling two main requirements: motivation to study and to learn how to do so.
- English interculturality: workshops about traditions, ways of life -among others, from different countries and cultures by means of leisure activities (games, songs, presentations) in English.
- Free time and friendship: Development of children or teenagers’ creativity, acquiring skills and values in friendship, a better use of time, healthy habits, respect for nature and environmental protection.
- Development of volunteering and leisure and free time activities, promoting a real education in moral values.
