Strengthening the “Centro de Entrenamiento Agrícola (CEA)” for the vocational training of 400 small farmers in Nicaragua

The general objective of the project is to promote the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices that mitigate the negative consequences of climate change and adaptation to it by small Nicaraguan producers, men and women. This objective is intended to be achieved through the following activities:

  • To prepare the physical facilities of the Agricultural Training Center (CEA) for the training and permanent further training of small producers ,men and women, on issues of conservation agriculture and agro forestry systems.
  • To develop pedagogical resources suitable to promote the learning of small producers, men and women, on issues of conservation agriculture and agro forestry systems.
  • Strengthen the skills of 400 small producers, men, and women, for the acquisition and implementation of sustainable agricultural practices and technologies that allow them to counteract the environmental deterioration of their productive resources.
