Families from the Colegio Las Tablas Valverde participated in activities that because of Christmas, were scheduled within the family volunteering project that FPSC coordinates, together with the school APA, in  Nuestra Señora del Camino residence that takes people with intellectual disabilities in.

Last Saturday 13 December, school families attended this residence to pick up and accompany residents, friends with intellectual disabilities, to see a live nativity scene organized by Edith Stein Parish in a park in Mirasierra, and experience Christmas.

Unfortunately the onset of rain prevented not only the visit but also the participation of five residents in one of the Living Nativity scenes.

Thanks to the professionalism and good work of the staff of the Residence a workshop Crafts was quickly organized, consisting in Christmas decorations and painting pictures with Christmas motifs.

Children, parents and residents shared a Christmas day.
