On Thursday 3rd December 3 on the occasion of  the International Day of Disabled Persons, the FPSC held a Christmas party at 10 district headquarters, which also coincided with the celebration of a new inter-institutional  Kullona event. This is the fourth time this inclusive event is held, which aims to raise community awareness about the services and activities offered to people with disabilities, to promote the inclusion and participation of them, and to dedicate a day for inclusive and fun activities. This time Kullona took place in the area of Save the Children, in district 4th.

Moreover, on Saturday December 5th, the theater performance “Happy families” was performed; it was directed by Arabella Lawson, Head of child protection and inclusive activities of the FPSC. Children and volunteers met at IRD headquarters in District 2. Hovig Etyemezian, UNHCR Zaatari Camp Manager, and Nasser Touaibia, UNHCR Public Information and Mass Communication Officer attended this event.

Later on Sunday, December 6th, FPSC and IMC hosted an awareness session and a theater performance in the framework of the “16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence” sponsored by the UN.  Also on this framework, coinciding with International Human Rights Day, on Thursday December 10th, the FPSC along with UNICEF partners, International Medical Corps (IMC), International Rescue Committee (IRC), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and Save the Children, hosted an event in IMC compound.
