This agreement aims to improve the quality of education in this country, through the renovation, equipment and construction of installations and training local teachers. For this, the FPSC has the participation of UNED (Spain), the National Pedagogical University in Kinshasa (DR Congo) and the Congolese Ministry of Primary, Secondary and Vocational Education.

During the day, informational materials concerning this agreement were distributed to the students. Also, from that day and for a week, images illustrating the major achievements of the convention were exposed. The exhibition was located in a busy location of the school, thus informing the school community (students, teachers and parents of students), of the same message.
