Bancaja and Bankia foundation, through the 12nd Bancaja and Bankia foundation, within the 12th Bancaja Foundation NGO Cooperation, gave grants to 68 associations of the Valencian Community, which develop projects related to social exclusion and international cooperation, to which FPSC belongs.
Thanks to this help, FPSC will specifically support an educational development assistance project in Nicaragua.
The project, called ‘“Learning System Tutorial” Educational Innovation Model for the Social-work-related and community development of young people in the San Jose de Cusmapa and San Isidro de Bolas rural areas in Nicaragua’, will enable the access to education for 459 young people thanks to a practical learning, implementing the “learning-doing” method that encourages the entrepreneurial spirit. This project belongs to a secondary rural(SAT) educational program that the Fabretto Association started 8 years ago, enabling the graduation of 400 students. The award ceremony of this funding took place on Wednesday 9th of July, at 5:30 pm, in the Bancaja Cultural Centre of Valencia.
