Personalised education

Azobe School is committed to offering families a personalised and comprehensive education so that each of its pupils can achieve the maximum development of their abilities, form their own criteria and make their own decisions freely and responsibly. We have a personal improvement project for each of them.
Our personalised education model is based on four pillars:

  • The family, the protagonist of education. The parents, together with the personal tutor, follow and guide their child’s educational programme.
  • The teachers: With their continuous training, experience and education, they ensure a commitment that goes beyond the academic programme, offering the pupils the solutions they require according to their age and personal situation.
  • The students: each and every one of them is equally important. The schools of the Parentes Foundation form people, develop skills, stimulate habits, educate in virtues, propose role models and promote the freedom of each person.
  • The personal tutor or mentor: Each pupil is assigned a personal tutor who specifies and reviews with the parents the educational programme and their training in all its aspects.

Constant attention

primary

At our school, each pupil deserves constant attention, personalised treatment and appropriate follow-up, both in terms of their academic performance and their integration into the life of the school, always respecting their personal freedom. This is something that essentially distinguishes us from other schools in the surrounding area.

The figure of the personal tutor, a teacher who assumes the responsibility of helping parents in the education of each child, maintaining a collaborative attitude, never a substitute. The tutor assists the pupil in his or her school performance, motivating and advising him or her. They are the person who encourages them, day by day, to maintain a positive attitude and to improve, thus helping them to forge a strong, free and balanced personality.

In order to carry out this task effectively, the tutor has time and specific training, but also relies on the commitment of the family. A permanent and sincere dialogue characterises the communicative relationship between parents, teacher and pupil. Close family-school collaboration makes it possible to detect potential problems early on and to deal with them.
